Job Role Summary

This key position plays a pivotal role in the delivery of high-quality Return to Work services, focusing on recovery and function for clients. This position requires strong business acumen, geographical territory management, and occupational rehabilitation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of high-quality Return to Work services, including clinical supervision, file reviews, KPI measurement, and compliance monitoring.
  • Customer Service: Building and growing the customer pipeline, referrals, and maintaining existing panel performance through key metrics.
  • People Leadership: Participating in recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, coaching, and ongoing employee learning and development.
  • Financial Management: P&L responsibility, budget management, and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in an allied health discipline.
