We are seeking an accomplished Senior Health and Safety Specialist to lead our health and wellbeing strategy across multiple sites. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll oversee compliance frameworks, manage a regional team, and ensure alignment with WHS legislation and ISO 45001 standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a regional HSW team across multiple jurisdictions
  • Shape and execute HSW strategy and risk management frameworks
  • Influence senior leaders and drive cultural change across the region

About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned health and safety professional to drive excellence in organisational safety culture and deliver safety outcomes. You will be responsible for leading a regional team, overseeing compliance frameworks, and ensuring alignment with WHS legislation and ISO 45001 standards.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in senior health and safety leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, governance, and compliance
  • Proven experience coaching safety teams and influencing stakeholders
