**Job Title:** Human Resources Officer


We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR Officer to support our workforce in Katherine, NT.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and HR support to our team, including onboarding, compliance, coordination, and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting staff with onboarding and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless processes and efficient operations
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document management, and communication

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

Essential Requirements:
  • Strong administration or HR experience, with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and managing digital records
  • Cultural sensitivity and a respectful attitude towards our community
  • A current Ochre Card, Driver's Licence, and Police Check (or ability to obtain them)
  • HR qualifications or previous experience in onboarding, recruitment, or compliance
  • Prior work in remote, community, or Aboriginal health settings
  • Familiarity with HR templates or government HR processes
