We are seeking experienced professionals to lead our multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality, culturally safe primary health care in the Kimberley region.

Earn a competitive salary from $130,000–$138, % availability allowance + retention bonus + accommodation + flights. Enjoy a FIFO 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off lifestyle with opportunities for professional growth and cultural training.

The successful candidates will have experience in remote health or Aboriginal community-controlled services, with strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and cultural awareness.

We offer a range of benefits including flexible rostering, paid flights and accommodation, and salary packaging up to $18,550 tax-free per year.

About the Roles
  • Health Centre Coordinators: Lead daily operations, support staff, and deliver frontline patient care.
  • Health Centre Managers: Oversee clinic services, manage budgets and workforce needs, and provide both clinical and operational leadership.
