The senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for building and executing on the distribution strategy across high net worth individuals, family offices, and wealth groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work autonomously to drive outcomes;
  • A people-person, able to build rapport through a friendly and honest approach;
  • A strong focus on process and record keeping;
  • An understanding of private markets, or a willingness to learn, and a solid understanding of compliance and regulatory risks;
  • Innovative, continually looking to improve and find new ways to engage;
  • Full accountability, able to define targets and audience, data-driven, and able to monitor performance;
  • Proactive in contacting new leads and following up.

Requirements:

  • A proven record in wholesale capital raising (from high net worth individuals / family offices / wealth groups).
  • Prior experience as a Business Development or Sales Development Representative with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Previous experience in private capital (highly desirable).
