Unlock Your Potential as a Distribution Delivery Manager

AIA is seeking a skilled Distribution Delivery Manager to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. As a key member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing partnership processes and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, ensuring seamless day-to-day interactions and expectations.
  • Design and optimize distribution processes and frameworks to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
  • Support the delivery of strategic enhancements and initiatives within the Distribution portfolio, working closely with the Head of Distribution Delivery.
  • Coordinate and generate reporting requirements and collateral as needed, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • Onboard new partners and nurture their experience throughout their AIA journey, ensuring a positive and supportive environment.
  • Act as a key partner contact, providing day-to-day support and ensuring compliance with partner agreement terms.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in business analysis or project management, with a strong understanding of the Australian financial services market.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and deliver solutions that drive business growth.
  • Degree qualification in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field, with a strong understanding of general advice and personal advice frameworks.
  • Diploma of Financial Services and RG146 qualification highly regarded.
  • A results-driven and hands-on approach to developing and delivering solutions that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
