Job Title: Program Officer

About the Role

This is a key operational and administrative position supporting the accreditation program. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance on accreditation processes and ensuring adherence to standards;
  • Collaborating with committees to facilitate governance, including succession planning and performance optimisation;
  • Coordinating administrative functions for the accreditation of training settings, including compiling reports, distributing documentation and organising site visits;
  • Ddelivering training, advice and support to stakeholders, including training providers, trainees, supervisors and directors of education;
  • Maintaining accurate and transparent communications to ensure stakeholders have access to reliable information;
  • Contributing to projects, policy development and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accreditation operations;
  • Providing robust administrative and secretariat support to committees and working groups involved in accreditation processes.
About You

We are seeking an individual with strong organisational and multitasking skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience improving and monitoring administrative processes, negotiating and influencing, and working independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or administration;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality administrative support and coordination services;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
