We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team at a prestigious luxury jewelry establishment in Sydney.
- Servicing all types of jewelry and other accessories according to strict quality standards and time frames.
- Meeting established production targets and communicating order status, product quality and service order process related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional craftsmanship in repairing metals, gemstones, and stone setting.
- Ensuring timely completion of orders while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effective communication with colleagues and clients regarding repair work and processes.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in jewelry production or servicing.
- Expertise in repairing metals, gemstones, and stone setting.
- Prior experience with watch repair is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Competency in using state-of-the-art equipment such as laser welders, engravers, sandblasters, and plating techniques.
