This role involves working hands-on in a high-production environment, assisting the Head Baker in improving processes and maintaining efficiency.

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-production bakery, working with sourdough starters and baking.
  • Formal training in baking (highly regarded).
  • A strong work ethic with a focus on achieving production targets.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, AQ systems, and OH&S (preferred).
