As a reliability specialist, you will be responsible for driving improvements to plant and equipment performance through the implementation of effective maintenance programs and continuous improvement activities.

About the Role

  • You will lead and coach a team to foster a high-performance culture that maximises equipment reliability.
  • You will develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies, including preventive maintenance programs and compliance with relevant legislative requirements.
  • You will manage capital and NPD projects to support operational performance and site improvement initiatives.
  • You will drive asset management and budgeting, including CAPEX/OPEX planning and maintenance scheduling.
  • You will ensure team capability and performance through recruitment, coaching and managing HR/IR matters effectively.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience managing budgets and leading maintenance or reliability programs in fast-paced production environments.
  • Solid knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices and strong leadership ability.
  • Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement skills and sound judgement under pressure.
