Reliability and Maintenance Professional

About the Role:
- This is a hands-on frontline leadership position overseeing maintenance activities across multiple facilities.
- The ideal candidate will lead a team of trades, supervisors, and contractors, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of plant equipment and facilities.
Key to Success:
- Shifting the maintenance culture from reactive to preventative
- Embedding consistent planning processes
- Driving the adoption of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification, ideally with a mechanical background
- Proven leadership experience in a maintenance or reliability-focused environment
- Experience with rotating equipment, such as separators, decanters, and screw conveyors
- Background in manufacturing industries with high standards
- Strong coaching skills and ability to develop a diverse, multi-skilled team
- Hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking
