About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Senior Estimator. As a key member of the construction management team, you will be responsible for managing the estimating process from tender to submission across Residential and Commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities by analyzing drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • SOURCE competitive pricing from subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating terms where required.
  • Collaborate with directors and project teams to ensure budgets align with client and delivery requirements.
  • Review tender documentation, identify risks and value opportunities, and provide ongoing cost advice.
