Civil Project Coordinator Role

A leading civil contractor seeks an experienced estimator to support upcoming projects in the Hunter Valley region.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of civil and infrastructure works, with a focus on preparing cost estimates based on tender documents and site inspections.

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and infrastructure projects
  • Analyse project specifications, drawings, bills of quantities, and historical data
  • Coordinate requests for information, subcontractor quotes, and supplier pricing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop non-pricing schedules and tender submissions
  • Provide pricing insights and advice to project managers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' local experience in civil estimating
  • Strong first principles estimating skills and attention to detail
  • Background in Civil infrastructure projects involving road construction, bulk earthworks, and civil works
  • Proficient with Excel-based estimating and excellent communication skills
