Water Project Cost Estimator

Delivering water projects on time and within budget requires precise cost estimation expertise. We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Estimator to join our team in Western Sydney.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will work closely with our project teams to develop accurate cost estimates that align with project scope, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. With a focus on delivering large-scale water projects efficiently, this role demands excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop cost estimates that accurately reflect project requirements and financial targets
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost estimates are aligned with project scope and deliverables
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements through close stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in cost estimation, tender submissions, or a related role in water, civil, or sewer engineering, or as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong proficiency in IT tools, particularly the MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders at all levels
