We are seeking an experienced Enrolments Officer to support our qualifications process in the Oil & Gas, Construction, Business, and Logistics industries.
The successful candidate will maintain and manage learner data, optimise credit transfer processes, engage professionally with clients and students, and manage course enrolment and documentation storage.
This role will also involve auditing Workplace Training assessments, archiving student records, digital delivery of certificates, and maintaining electronic records. The candidate will work closely with trainers, students, and staff to ensure a seamless assessment workflow.
To be considered for this position, you will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar training support role, excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities, robust communication skills, and relationship-building abilities. Familiarity with tools like Axcelerate, Office 365, and Shared Drives is essential.
A Certificate IV in TAE (Training and Assessment) is highly desirable.
