
Intelligence Training Professional

As a member of the Defence School of Intelligence (DSI) team, you will be accountable under limited direction to exercise initiative and sound judgement in the performance of complex quality assurance work within an integrated training workforce.
- Perform independent procedural collection of learning related information through engagement with the learning audience
- Review and analyse information to derive thematic trends
Key responsibilities include performing audits to assure training compliance and ensuring delivery of high-quality intelligence training. The successful candidate will have access to wonderful amenities including a large gymnasium and pool in a pristine natural environment.
This is a pivotal role within the DSI Learning Support Team, providing oversight, compliance, and procedural support to training delivered to future Defence intelligence professionals on behalf of the Commanding Officer DSI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A proven ability to engage and negotiate with people and develop effective working relationships
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and logical coherence
- The ability to manage and organise your own time and set work priorities to meet deadlines
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous improvement and must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance. You will be working within a busy training establishment delivering Defence intelligence training to military and APS personnel critical to achieving Australia's national interests.
