Overview

We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to provide comprehensive training support for our customer programs.

This role involves analysing customer training requirements, developing innovative solutions, and implementing tailored training programs.

As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse customer training needs and develop relevant technical training solutions
- Design, develop, and implement tailored training programs using contemporary methodologies
- Assist in evaluating new instructional strategies, technologies, and tools related to instructional design and delivery
- Review training products to ensure compliance with commercial, government, regulatory, and organisational standards

Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in analysis, design, development, testing, and evaluation of complex technical training programs
- Experience with multimedia development, editing, and production
- 8+ years' experience in training design and development
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively under limited supervision
- Ability to produce high-quality work within tight timeframes
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills
- Ability to obtain a NV1 Defence Security Clearance
- Experience with the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) or a Defence Training background is desirable
- High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills are essential
