Job Title: Corporate Processing Trainer

Job Description

The primary function of this role is to develop and deliver high-quality training programs for mortgage processing professionals. This will involve creating engaging and interactive content, as well as delivering web-based training sessions and in-person workshops.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development
  • Design and deliver effective training sessions that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance and performance
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a combination of business acumen, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in mortgage processing
  • 1-3 years of experience in a training or instructional design role
  • Excellent training techniques, public speaking, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
