About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time Service Director to lead our team in Maroubra. The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams and developing fun, safe, and compliant programs for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a high-quality program that promotes learning and fun for children
  • Create daily plans and organize activities to meet the needs of the children
  • Supervise and support a group of primary-aged children
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and the school community

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An enthusiastic and engaging approach to childcare
  • A completed or studying childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates
  • Availability from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 2:40 pm to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday
