The Role
We're seeking a dynamic and motivated Full-Time Director of Children's Services to lead our North Turramurra service. This permanent position offers flexibility, including the option to work from home during admin hours. You'll receive a comprehensive 5-week induction program to ensure your success, with strong ongoing support from your Mentor and Regional Manager.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- School Partnerships: Building and maintaining excellent relationships with local schools and community groups to provide a seamless transition for children.
- Program Development: Creating engaging and educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children and promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Team Leadership: Supervising and mentoring a team of educators to ensure high standards of quality and compliance are met.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of children by adhering to regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Salary
This full-time position attracts a salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
