Job Title: Centre Marketing Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Centre Marketing Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that drive foot traffic and sales growth in-centre and online.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams, retailers, customers, and external contractors to deliver marketing initiatives
  • Manage all digital components with an integrated approach, ensuring seamless brand experiences across platforms
  • Analyse and report on retailers' sales performance and customer traffic, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Engage with Retailers and relevant local groups and committees to build strong relationships and promote centre visibility
  • Lead and mentor marketing assistants and customer service teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills, decision-making, and collaboration to drive results-oriented outcomes
  • Positive interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, retailers, contractors, customers, community, and industry contacts
