We are seeking an exceptional leader to head our centre.

Our state-of-the-art facility is designed with children at the forefront, featuring a developed philosophy and unique approach to education.

We cater for 120 children per day, with educators who inspire and motivate their team towards excellence. We value education, health, and wellbeing, and believe in immersing children in a lifestyle that includes exposure to healthy food.

We require someone with:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a leadership role
  • Bachelor or Diploma of Early Childhood Education
  • Demonstrated experience leading large teams in high-quality early learning environments
  • Experience managing staff rosters in line with compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of National Quality Framework and National Law and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge of early childhood practices and Learning Frameworks
