Centre Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage centre operations to deliver high-quality early learning environments.
  • Lead large teams, effectively manage staff rosters, and maintain compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to achieve excellent outcomes for children.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Centre Director.
  • Bachelor or Diploma of Early Childhood Education.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
