About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced medical administrator to provide high-quality administrative support. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, passionate about delivering excellent patient care, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Answering all inbound calls and responding to patient inquiries
  • Meet and greet patients in a caring environment, providing a warm welcome to all visitors
  • Providing a professional service to all referring doctors while promoting the practice to a high standard
  • Ensuring mandatory patient/practice confidentiality at all times
  • Assisting the Practice Manager with ad-hoc administrative tasks including billing, receipting, and claiming of patients' accounts
About You

We are looking for a strong computer user who can work under pressure, pick up processes quickly, and demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, a 'can do' attitude, and the ability to relate well to patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
