Residential Services Director

This role requires a professional with leadership skills and experience in the aged care sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing residential services, with a focus on delivering high-quality care to residents.
Responsibilities:- To oversee the day-to-day operations of a 90-bed residence home with a memory support unit.
- To lead a team of staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
- To ensure that all residents receive the best possible care, including dementia-specific care.
- A Registered Nurse (Division 1) qualification is required for this role.
- The successful candidate will also need to have knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Aged Care Act and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.
- Proficiency in Health Care/Aged Care information management systems, Microsoft Office, email, and internet is necessary for this position.
