About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Residential Aged Care Services.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving high-quality clinical care and lifestyle programs that exceed resident expectations.

  • Ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and compliance with accreditation standards

You will have the opportunity to foster a culture of compassion, safety, and innovation while overseeing the daily operations of the facility.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to drive positive outcomes and build strong community relationships.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background in residential aged care and experience managing large teams of staff
  • A strong understanding of aged care quality standards, incident investigation, and complaints management
  • AHPRA registration or postgraduate qualifications in health/business administration
  • 5+ years' post-grad experience, including recent aged care or health management roles
