Job Title: Residential Subdivision Valuations Director

Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our residential subdivision valuations team.

This is a unique opportunity for a Director to join our team in Melbourne and undertake greenfield residential project valuations for premium development clients.

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage existing client relationships, compile high-quality valuation reports, pursue new business opportunities, and mentor a team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and workflow
  • Compile valuation reports with attention to detail
  • Pursue new business opportunities
  • Mentor and develop a team of professionals
  • Identify risks and ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements
  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification
  • API membership and certificate of compliance
  • Experience in residential development and/or subdivision valuation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
