About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concession Manager to join our team at Country Road Group. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results in our concession stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Create a warm and genuine customer service experience, driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Business Performance: Drive sales, profit, and productivity by achieving key performance indicators and business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other concession, floor managers, and cluster managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Cultural Values: Embody our key cultural values of customer obsession, collaboration, inspiration, responsibility, and dedication to quality.
Requirements
  • Passion for Retail: A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or similar business.
  • Financial Management: Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Team Management: Experience managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of a large team.
  • Operational Excellence: Operational excellence, experience with stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
