About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at the Department of Home Affairs. As a key member of our Operational Capability Branch, you will play a critical role in supporting the Australian Border Force (ABF) in detecting and identifying prohibited and restricted goods at Australian borders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and deliver contract management activities to ensure effective procurement and contract management processes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to develop and maintain productive working relationships.
  • Manage assets and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide procurement and contract management advice to project delivery activities.
Requirements
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop briefs and plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Sound knowledge of government procurement and contract management processes.
