We are seeking a highly skilled Documentation Management Specialist to join our team at ALSTOM Gruppe. As a key member of our Documentation Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of documentation management processes across our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Documentation Management Planning: Develop and implement documentation management plans to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • EDMS Key User and Support: Perform the role of EDMS key user and provide first-level support to EDMS users, ensuring seamless access to documentation.
  • Documentation Validation: Ensure that all documentation is properly validated before submission to customers, maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy.
  • Documentation Structure and Standards: Adapt and implement documentation structures in accordance with industry standards, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • Contractual Deliverables: Define, assign, and follow contractual deliverables for technical and management documentation categories, ensuring timely completion and quality.
  • EDMS Deployment and Training: Manage and deploy EDMS with tools support team, train new users, and manage access rights to EDMS, ensuring efficient documentation management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Technical Documentation or similar field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of railway and signalling knowledge, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a documentation management context.
