This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Area Manager and play a pivotal role in leading the store to success. As a key member of our Queensland-based team, you will be responsible for guiding the store through its transition into our new era.

As an Area Manager, you will lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop your team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our stores look their best, both on the outside and inside, and that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of managing multiple sites, with a strong focus on people management, visual merchandising, and organisational skills. You will also need to be highly motivated and self-driven, with a passion for our new product range and the ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and enhance the shopping experience
  • Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
