About the Role

You'll lead integrated change management strategies and plans for a large-scale integration program. You'll manage program-wide strategy & planning, stakeholder engagement and communications strategy, leadership of change practitioners, and change management aligned-roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain integrated change management strategies and plans.
  • Design and articulate vision for the program, aligning with strategic goals and objectives.
  • Lead and develop a team of change practitioners to deliver change management, training, and communication outcomes.
  • Manage demand management and resource planning for change programs, including governance, reporting, risk management, and measurement requirements.
  • Conduct performance measurement and post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness of change management efforts.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with expert mastery in Change Management principles, methods, processes, techniques, and industry best practice. You should be up-to-date on the latest trends and research, and share this knowledge with stakeholders.

What We Need from You

We need someone who can deliver large and complex organisational change programs, working closely with senior stakeholders, influencing and gaining buy-in.

You'll have extensive experience in delivering successful change management projects, and be able to think strategically and tactically.
