Job Title: Senior Learning Coordinator

Department of Education seeks a Senior Learning Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of onsite student support programs.

  • Coordinate a model of responsive onsite student support aligned with evidence-based practices.
  • Lead a team of teachers, student support officers, and other professionals to deliver project-based learning programs.
  • Develop personalized de-escalation strategies for students.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to inform strategic planning and policy development.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive knowledge of teaching and learning practices.
  • Highly developed leadership skills, including ability to manage teams and deliver positive outcomes.
  • Professional knowledge and ability to apply evidence-based practices to ensure high-level educational outcomes for all students.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
