About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a professional to support our engagement with Native Title Holders, help deliver on our obligations under the Indigenous Land Use Agreement (ILUA), and ensure cultural integrity and collaboration.

This role involves building respectful relationships with stakeholders, delivering Aboriginal employment and training outcomes, and managing cultural awareness and heritage management procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bilateral engagement with Traditional Owners and other stakeholders to build respectful partnerships
  • Collaboration with a cross-functional team to embed cultural protocols in everyday operations
  • Cultural awareness training and community engagement activities to promote reconciliation
  • Compliance with heritage management procedures and project coordination
