Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Request for Quote (RFQ) process for a new Leisure Management Software System, from documentation to implementation.">
  • Develop workforce plans and recruit/train staff ahead of the Aquatic Redevelopment opening.">
  • Create a comprehensive Year One Business Plan for aquatic operations.">
  • Oversee daily operations of aquatics, gym, and dry-side facilities, ensuring full compliance.">
  • Drive strategic planning, financial performance, and community engagement.">

Candidate Requirements:

  • Essential Qualifications & Experience:">
    • ">
    • Diploma or higher in Recreation Management, Business Administration, or similar.">
    • Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including 3+ years in a senior role in recreation/aquatics.">
    • WA C class driver's licence, Senior First Aid, and Swimming Pool Operators certificate.">
