
Medical Officer Administration Support

This position serves as the primary point of contact for medical officers, hospital staff, and visitors to the JMO unit.
- Liaises with Junior Medical Officers, Specialists, and hospital management to facilitate communication and resolve queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks including roster management, data processing, and correspondence handling while prioritizing tasks, deadlines, and working under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, databases, and other systems such as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Supports team goals by collaborating effectively within a team environment with a proactive and outcome-focused approach.
- Assists with the annual recruitment process to meet set Ministry deadlines and adhere to HR best practices.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including customer service focus.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced work environment handling high volumes of paperwork, data, and correspondence while prioritizing tasks, deadlines, and working under pressure.
- A self-motivated individual who is reliable, highly organized, and has a strong work ethic.
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in human resources or a related field, preferably with knowledge of medical workforce issues.
