Major Loss Manager

We are seeking a Major Loss Manager to lead repair works and deliver exceptional results.
- This role is ideal for individuals with experience in residential or insurance building, who possess strong customer service skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate will have a Cert IV in Building and Construction, be comfortable working with technology and liaising with stakeholders. They will also demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of repair works and provision of high-quality results
- Documentation and reporting of site performance using user-friendly technology
- Liaison with loss adjustors and building consultants throughout projects
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and insurance companies
- Providing outstanding customer service to affected homeowners
Requirements:
- Cert IV in Building and Construction
- Experience in residential or insurance building
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively with technology
