Manage the end-to-end delivery of complex and major loss insurance projects. Represent a company that consistently receives high satisfaction feedback scores from clients and employees.

">About the Role

This role involves reviewing each project in-depth to determine deliverables, schedules, and cost estimates. Negotiate and draft contracts, obtain required permits, communicate with consultants, manage relationships with Insurance Representatives & Loss Adjusters, engage, schedule, and coordinate trades to complete projects on time and budget.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Review each project in depth to determine deliverables, schedules, and cost estimates
  • Negotiate and draft contracts, obtain required permits, communicate with consultants
  • Manage and grow relationships with Insurance Representatives & Loss Adjusters
  • Engage, schedule, and coordinate trades to complete projects to time and budget
  • Forward plan and develop contingencies to mitigate delays and analyze and manage risk related to WHS
">Requirements
  • Strong experience supervising building works OR experienced Insurance Supervisor
  • Extensive knowledge of building codes and WHS, with a commitment to safety
  • Great communication and customer service skills, with a caring and professional approach
  • Microsoft Office experience, with the ability to learn user-friendly systems including mobile apps
