Job Description

The Major Loss Supervisor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of complex and major loss insurance building projects. This includes reviewing each project in depth to determine deliverables, schedules, and cost estimates, negotiating and drafting contracts, obtaining required permits, communicating with consultants, managing and growing relationships with Insurance Representatives and Loss Adjusters in the region, engaging, scheduling, and coordinating trades to complete projects to time and budget, and forward planning and developing contingencies to mitigate delays and analyze and manage risk related to Workplace Health and Safety.

Requirements
  • Strong experience supervising building works or experienced Insurance Supervisor PLUS;
  • Extensive knowledge of building codes and WHS, with a commitment to safety;
  • Great communication and customer service, caring and professional approach;
  • Microsoft Office experience with ability to learn user-friendly systems including mobile apps;
