We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our team. As a Human Experience Company, we build experiences that transform businesses.

Our approach to User Experience is lean and user-centered. We collaborate with clients and internal teams, and develop innovative solutions.

We have a fast-paced, prototype-driven workshop approach called 'Conversation to Creation' (C2C). You will play a key role in these workshops, helping corporate clients and startup-founders create new products.

You will be part of an agile team, leading workshops or interviews with senior clients and founders. Your goal will be to help them understand their markets and customers more deeply, and drive innovation.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will create high-quality products and experiences. You will gather business requirements, market intelligence, and customer needs, and distill them into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality products and experiences
  • Gather business requirements, market intelligence, and customer needs
  • Derive hypotheses, communicate them effectively, and test them
  • Lead your team and the client on a journey of product development
  • Work with leadership to achieve company goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working at leading digital agencies
  • A portfolio of complex, digital experiences for global brands
  • Experience in working as part of startup businesses a plus
  • The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision
