Highly Skilled PeopleSoft Technical Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical specialist to join our technology team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience working across PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Financials, and Human Resources (HR) modules.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and enhance solutions within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Financials, and HR modules.
- Develop and refine workflow processes using PeopleSoft Workflow tools to support automation and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, end-users, and system administrators, to gather and refine technical requirements.
- Deliver technical solutions that align with business objectives, ensuring adherence to governance standards and best practice.
- Conduct troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ongoing system maintenance activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 10+ years' experience as a PeopleSoft Developer.
- Proven experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Financials or HRMS.
- Strong, practical experience in PeopleSoft Workflow Technology – including workflow design, development, and optimisation.
- Proficient in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and other PeopleSoft development tools.
- Ability to interpret functional requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions with minimal supervision.
- Experience in system upgrades, patching, and PeopleSoft security management would be advantageous.
