Job Title: Scheduler and Operations Manager

We are seeking a confident and experienced Scheduler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth allocation and completion of job activities.

  • Collaborate with managers, supervisors, and trade employees to ensure seamless job execution
  • Create and set up jobs in simPRO
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers
  • Prepare sale invoices
  • Verify certifications are received on time
  • Maintain open communication with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Participate in meetings to drive desirable outcomes
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the Service Team
  • E nsure compliance with OH&S regulations

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting teams and driving high-quality results. They have experience working in a similar industry and possess the confidence to hit the ground running.

The successful applicant will have experience in a scheduling or operations role within the construction industry, strong organizational skills, ability to maintain accurate records, and a high level of attention to detail.
