Rostering Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Rostering Manager to lead our scheduling operations and shape the future of our workforce planning.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in scheduling or workforce planning, with strong computer skills and proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office programs.

As a key member of our Operations team, you will partner with the Operations Manager to plan and project, ensuring we are always perfectly staffed to support our clients. You will also lead roster coordination across our SIL houses, balancing staff preferences with client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Operations Manager to plan and project, ensuring perfect staffing levels
  • Lead roster coordination across SIL houses, balancing staff preferences with client needs
  • Innovate and improve scheduling processes
  • Mentor scheduling officers, sharing expertise while building a high-performing team
  • Bullish relationships across the operations team and organisation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in scheduling or workforce planning
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office programs
  • Natural leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proactive & lateral thinking approach
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement
  • Understanding of the NDIS framework and requirements
