We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a dedicated scheduler to join our team.
You will be accountable for the delivery of exceptional quality and productivity with a view to delivery of maximum profit and customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be working in a dynamic, fast-paced and changing environment.
You will be required to work closely with the Branch Manager to cultivate a driven team of professional removalists with a customer centric ethos and attention to detail in everything you do.
Key responsibilities include: Planning Branch Removal activitiesDevelop and enhance the competency of the team to meet and exceed targetsEnsure monthly compliance is maintainedConduct regular quality audits of specified client base and premisesAssist in the preparation of information to enable biannual removalist skills review and planningManage cost to maximise profit The ideal candidate will possess: Experience within a leadership or supervisory roleExperience working in a fast paced and changing environmentExcellent organisational and prioritising skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh level business and financial awarenessBe process driven and analyticalRemovals experience preferred, however experience in a similar industry and job capacity will be considered About Grace Group The Grace Group comprises of the Grace Removals, Grace Information Management; Grace Workplace Solutions, Grace Mobility Services, Grace Fine Art and Smartbox (Grace Self-Storage).
