Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the hotel manager overnight in the absence of senior management.

  • Complete thorough and accurate night audits.
  • Be conversant with all aspects of the hotel's computer system related to night audit functions.
  • Liaise with accounting to review and record necessary information daily.
  • Follow cashiering policies and procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of service throughout the hotel.
  • Communicate effectively with the night team.
  • Supervise staff on shift.
  • Comply with hotel standard operational policies and procedures.
  • Participate in front office communication and training sessions.
  • Practice workplace health and safety guidelines.
  • Assist other departments when required.
