Closer to home, and conveniently located in beautiful Newcastle on NSW's coast, we're seeking a Full Time Hotel All-Rounder to join our team. Only 2 hours from Sydney but classified as 'regional' for some visa requirements, this could be the perfect opportunity for a sea change.

We're looking for an energetic and enthusiastic professional to work across our Front Office & Food & Beverage operations to ensure exceptional service is provided to our guests at all times, making them feel both welcome and comfortable.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between
  • Often being the first point of contact for guests and visitors
  • Working shifts in Food & Beverage & Front Desk
  • Completing a wide variety of hotel tasks, which will ensure that every day is different
  • Providing passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
  • Ensuring guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program

You'll need:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and preferably in Opera
  • The ability to work under pressure, multitask and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues
  • Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation
  • A natural ability to surprise guests with your authentic guest service, setting you apart from the rest
  • A genuine customer service focus and a strong dedication to always making our guest's smile during their stay
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain one before starting
