Hotel Night Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Night Manager to oversee overnight operations at our hotel.

The ideal candidate will have experience with property management systems, excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, strong problem-solving abilities, and strong financial literacy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive audits of daily revenue postings and make necessary adjustments for reporting accuracy.
  • Support the Front Office team and other departments as needed.
  • Ensure accurate recording of reservation details, including room rates, stay dates, and charging authority.
  • Maintain property safety, security, and efficient overnight hotel operations.
  • Prepare and distribute relevant reports; maintain weekly and monthly hotel statistics.

Requirements include knowledge of security and emergency procedures and ability to assist in these areas.
