This is a pivotal role within our organization, playing a key part in driving forward-thinking solutions for continuous improvement in planning tools and templates.
We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Planning Professional to collaborate with the Project Director in achieving this objective. The successful candidate will possess expertise in infrastructure planning, strategic policy, or similar fields.
- Identify, Analyze, and Recommend Improvements: To align organisational processes with the department's strategic goals, recommend evidence-based solutions, and develop quality assurance frameworks to enhance project planning.
- Develop Quality Assurance Frameworks: To drive process excellence, create and implement effective frameworks that ensure seamless implementation of major government priorities.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Support the Project Director in reporting clear updates and insights on business improvement initiatives, and prepare reports, process documentation, and presentations to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Utilize Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data to assess current processes, propose improvements, and contribute to the development of frameworks, systems, and processes that ensure effective implementation of strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will be able to harness the power of data to drive informed decision-making, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that address complex challenges.
