Enterprise Risk Leader

Strategic and transformational leader required to oversee the ongoing development and implementation of an effective risk management function within a large organisation.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership, and oversight of a robust risk governance framework, compliance obligations, insurance portfolio, quality systems, assurance, and resilience processes.
This includes maturing and leading a contemporary approach to uplifting enterprise-wide risk culture and compliance.
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic direction and leadership for the risk management function.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive risk governance framework.
- Overseeing compliance obligations and ensuring alignment with organisational policies and procedures.
- Liaising with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
The role also involves fulfilling the responsibilities of Chief Audit Officer, as outlined in the Internal Audit Charter.
