Job Title: Director of Enterprise Risk

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies that align with the organization's goals.
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed risk thinking into everyday business decisions, strategic planning, and operations.
  • Establish and monitor frameworks and metrics to assess risk culture maturity and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Drive alignment with regulatory requirements, supporting governance and contributing to risk-related reporting.
  • Champion collaboration across teams to embed consistent messaging and shared responsibility for risk management.
  • Influence key stakeholders and lead change initiatives that foster openness, resilience, and continuous improvement in risk practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit.
  • Strong background in developing and embedding risk culture frameworks and 3LOD capability programs.
  • Relevant tertiary and postgraduate qualifications in risk, compliance, or leadership.
